POSITION: GENERAL MAINTENANCE - OAK PARK ELEMENTARY

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

COMMENCING DATE: July 2024

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be experienced in the use of common maintenance tools and equipment
• Must be organized, personable, cooperative and responsive to the needs of the school district
• Additional qualifications that may be set by the Director of Operations and/or district administration
• Good physical condition with ability to lift 50 pounds JOB GOAL: To perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  
  TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 2024-2025 school year (231-250 days per school year) Classified/Non-Exempt
  
  SALARY: Commensurate with the Ocean Springs salary schedule for classified positions Technical Scale for the 2024-2025 school year.
