The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of small business financial operations and has experience in assisting with daily accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing reports, bank financing, overseeing internal controls, providing project management support, and solving problems. The salary ranges from $48K to $55K, depending on experience, plus company benefits. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, including cash flow and cost tracking Prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports Support bank financing efforts and maintain banking relationships Oversee internal controls and implement process improvements Provide project management support and financial insights to leadership Develop and implement effective solutions to operational and financial challenges Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure financial accuracy and consistency Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or related field 3\u20135 years of accounting experience Experience in cash management and cost accounting for service-based or consulting businesses Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to adapt and learn
