Job Summary/Description: WLOX is looking for a full time Marketing Producer to join our award-winning marketing team. This Marketing Producer will develop and produce creative concepts to support all station advertising, promotion, and special projects, including producing daily topical messages to promote the WLOX newscasts. Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Interact with account executives and clients to write, shoot and produce commercials
- Write and edit Topical Promos
- Write and produce on-air branding campaigns including image and proof of performance promos
- Film news talent in studio, newsroom, and outdoor environments for promo content
- Develop and create social media campaigns
- Shoot, produce and represent the station at community events and parades
- Generating ideas to further the WLOX brand and drive viewership Qualifications/Requirements: College education or equivalent. Compelling writer who recognizes how to craft an engaging message focused on viewer benefits. Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Proficient with video and DSLR cameras. Social media and marketing experience are a plus. The ideal candidate should be able to work alone or collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
