We uphold safety and we get the work done with excellence. Duties Conduct regular pool inspections to assess water quality, chemical levels, and overall condition. Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, brushing surfaces, and vacuuming. Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and timers using hand tools and power tools. Maintain and troubleshoot plumbing systems related to pool operation to prevent leaks or malfunctions. Replace or repair faulty parts to ensure continuous operation of pool systems. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for each job. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to ensure a secure working environment. The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Experience No experience required but preferred. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a great personality. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and small equipment for repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently. Prior experience working with service management software or maintenance logs is a plus (preferred).
