Job Description We’re a fast-growing, system-driven construction company looking for a Project Manager who thrives in organized chaos and can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to our operations. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage multiple commercial roofing/construction projects from pre-con to close-out ? Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control — no loose ends ? Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators ? Own client communication, job progress reporting, and key deliverables ? Enforce accountability with field teams and subs — meetings, reports, structure ? Identify process gaps, propose improvements — we want thinkers, not just doers ? Support development of internal systems as we scale You’ll Thrive Here If You: ? Have 5 years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred ? Operate well in structured environments (we’re building one fast) ? Are comfortable leading job meetings, creating schedules, and tracking progress ?
