Security, and Structured Cabling Contractor with the capability of
providing design build and installation of turnkey systems in

encourage you to apply. \n \n Purpose and functions: \n \n The
purpose of this position is to oversee electrical system install by
providing guidance, direction and oversight to a crew operating at
the job site. Tasks which are expected to be performed include but
are not limited to: \n \n \n Ensure appropriate staffing levels are
requested for the daily required tasks to be completed \n Deploy
personnel as necessary and in the best interest of the existing
workflow on a daily basis \n Ensure special equipment needs are
requested \n Interpret job drawings to facilitate install of
electrical system \n Establish material list and ensure adequate
material is ordered and on site to accommodate daily workflow \n
Establish weekly benchmark objectives towards completion of job \n
Ensure project benchmarks are achieved and job schedule is
maintained \n May attend project meetings and communicate
information to PM and field supervisor \n Maintain familiarity with
the plans, schedule and expectations for job \n Aid and oversight
of safety initiatives and ensure a safe work environment for all
personnel. \n This position will be expected to promote an emphasis
on creating a team oriented, positive work environment which
promotes a culture of safety and open communication \n Communicate
job progress and job needs to PM \n Maintain oversight of job
status and communicate anticipated problems \n Ensure inspections
status; scheduled and completed \n \n \n Education, training and
experience: \n \n This position should have a minimum of 4 years
experience completing project installation of electrical systems in
the commercial electrical industry. \n Experience working in the
field coordinating multiple tasks and functions, while providing
supervision of assigned personnel is common practice. \n Experience
with trade inspections, dealing with various jurisdictions and
inspectors are all areas which will benefit from experience. \n
Associated trade certifications are beneficial but are not required
for this position. \n \n Physical and Other Requirements for an
Electrical Forperson: \n \n Must be able to sit, bend, stoop. \n
Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds. \n Must be able to
climb, crawl and squat as the job demands \n \n This Electrical
Forperson position will be a field deployable resource and will be
assigned to working job sites for the purpose of coordinating and
overseeing activities of the crew members under the supervision of
this position. \n \n Employment Type: \n \n Full-Time \n 4-day work
week preferred \n Highly competitive wages depending on skillset.
