Service Advisor at Paretti Family of Dealerships plays a crucial
role in the overall customer experience and satisfaction. This
individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service
and assistance to customers requiring automotive maintenance and
repairs. Responsibilities: Interacting with customers to understand
their automotive service needs Scheduling appointments and managing
the service department's calendar Explaining recommended
maintenance and repairs to customers and addressing any questions
or concerns Providing accurate estimates and preparing detailed
work orders for service technicians Coordinating with technicians
to ensure timely completion of work and keeping customers updated
on the status of their vehicles Assisting with vehicle pick-up and
delivery, as needed Maintaining a clean and organized work
environment Requirements: Previous experience as a service advisor
or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry Strong
knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and
prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in
computer systems and software used for service scheduling and work
