Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An immediate
opening is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) serving a diverse K-12 student caseload in a school setting.
This full-time contract position, based in Fairhope, AL, offers an
opportunity to contribute to the educational growth and
communicative development of students spanning preschool through
12th grade, including elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language
therapy services to students across all grade levels, from
preschool through high school. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech,
language, and communication disorders. Collaborate closely with
teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop
and implement effective intervention plans. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in accordance with school
policies. Support students social communication and language
development within the classroom environment. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational
planning. Preferred Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience serving pediatric
populations within school settings. Ability to manage a full K-12
caseload effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
for collaboration with educators, families, and students.
