Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is
available in Pensacola, FL, serving K-12 students with a focus on
elementary education. This full-time, in-person role offers a
structured 40-hour workweek within a supportive environment. Ideal
for both experienced clinicians and those completing their Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY), this contract position facilitates
professional growth and hands-on clinical experience. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to a
caseload of approximately 60-65 students. Work with a diverse
student population, including general education students and
self-contained special education classrooms. Utilize evidence-based
practices to assess and treat a variety of speech and language
disorders. Maintain thorough documentation and complete paperwork
within allocated time. Collaborate with district specialists and
support staff to enhance service delivery. Qualifications:
Completion of a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs are
encouraged to apply. Experience or interest in pediatric and
school-based speech therapy. Strong organizational skills to manage
caseload and documentation efficiently. Commitment to working
full-time in an elementary school setting. This position benefits
from a robust support system, including district-level
Speech-Language Intervention (SLI) Staffing Specialists who provide
assistance with training and paperwork, an Augmentative and
Alternative Communication (AAC) specialist, and an Exceptional
Student Education (ESE) Director with a background in
speech-language pathology. Additionally, no extracurricular duties,
