Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support
to elementary school students in Mobile, AL, starting March 15,
2026, through May 29, 2026. This contract position focuses on
delivering high-quality speech therapy services to children from
kindergarten to 5th grade at elementary campuses. The initial
assignment begins at an elementary school located at 535 Easterling
Street, Prichard, AL, with additional placement(s) to be
determined. Key Responsibilities: Administer speech and language
assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting
speech and language goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed
documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and
district guidelines. Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy
sessions, focusing on communication development. Qualifications and
Experience: Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) for
Speech Language Pathology. Valid professional license or educator
certification required. Experience working with elementary-aged
children, preferably K-5. Strong communication and collaboration
skills with students, families, and school staff. Ability to manage
a caseload of approximately 35 hours per week across one or more
elementary campuses. Location: Mobile, AL (Primary location:
Prichard Elementary school with additional sites TBD.) This role
