Job Description Job Description Position summary: 10-4 Logistics USA seeks CDL-A Truck Drivers (recent graduates welcome) to operate regional dry van routes east of I-35. This role offers predictable regional schedules, 100% no-touch freight , modern equipment, and paid mentor-led training for new drivers. Compensation and schedule: Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 Home time: Typically two days every other week Paid training: First 4–6 weeks with a mentor; training pay $650 per week Area of operation, equipment, and freight: Area of operation: Regional routes east of I-35 Equipment: Late-model Freightliner tractors, automatic Freight: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight Primary responsibilities: Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules. Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedules and customer instructions. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow delivery and pickup procedures. Ensure proper load securement and follow handling procedures for dry van freight. Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident reviews. Minimum qualifications: Valid CDL-A (Class A) license Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Minimum age: 21 years Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers Preferred attributes: Professional demeanor and commitment to representing the company at customer locations and on the road Reliability, punctuality, and strong adherence to safety and compliance standards Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and mentor guidance during training About 10-4 Logistics USA: 10-4 Logistics USA is a regional freight carrier focused on safe, reliable, and on?time delivery.
