Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
2026-2027 school year in New Orleans, LA, serving a dynamic K-8
school environment. This contract role offers the opportunity to
work onsite with students in need of speech and language support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech-language
therapy to students in grades PreK-8, managing a caseload of 50-60
students, or in grades 4th-8th with a caseload of approximately 55
students, depending on preference. Collaborate with educators and
support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Conduct evaluations and assessments in compliance with school and
district guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports. Support students communication development to enhance
academic and social success. Desired Qualifications: Certifications
in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - School, SLP - CCC). Experience
working with school-aged children within a K-12 setting. Ability
and willingness to work onsite full-time, adhering to a 37.5-hour
workweek. Open to candidates currently holding a Clinical
Fellowship (CF). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
engage effectively with students and staff. Location: New Orleans,
Louisiana (onsite work required). This role presents an excellent
