Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Semmes, AL,
offering opportunities to support diverse student populations
through telespeech and teletherapy services. This contract
assignment spans from March 2026 through May 29, 2026, with a
35-hour workweek. Two roles are offered: one itinerant position
serving multiple private school campuses across K-12 grades, and
another based at an elementary school supporting K-5 students. Key
responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and
language evaluations and providing evidence-based therapy
interventions. Delivering teletherapy and telespeech services
effectively to meet individual student needs. Collaborating with
educators and families to support student communication
development. Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with
state regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Must hold the
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language
Pathology. Active licensure with the Alabama Board of Speech
Examiners and licensure in the state of residence. Demonstrated
experience with delivering telespeech/teletherapy services is
highly desirable. Availability for credentialing interviews,
including clinical and technical assessments. This opportunity
requires participation in prescreen interviews conducted during
morning or afternoon sessions, with some flexibility in scheduling.
