Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (CCC) is needed for a contract assignment at
an elementary school in Fairhope, AL, serving students from
Kindergarten through 5th grade. This position requires on-site work
and registration with the Alabama Board of Speech Examiners. The
role offers the opportunity to support young learners'
communication skills in a dynamic educational environment within
Mobile County Public Schools. Location: Fairhope, AL School:
Elementary School (K5) Assignment Duration: March 2025 May 29, 2026
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week Position Type: Contract
(School Year) Qualifications and Experience: Must hold a
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology Registration with the Alabama Board of Speech Examiners
is required Experience working with elementary-aged students
preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans for speech and language disorders Strong communication and
collaboration skills for working with educators and families
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations
and therapy for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade Maintain
accurate documentation of student progress and comply with district
and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to tailor interventions and support student success
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Additional Information:
Interview availability is flexible, with prescreen interviews
conducted between 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-3:00 PM EST This
