Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
2026-2027 school year in a K-8 school setting located in Metairie,
LA. This contract role involves working onsite with students in a
dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess,
diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in PreK through
8th-grade students. Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and staff to support student communication goals. Maintain
accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with
school policies. Provide support and guidance for students in both
small group and one-on-one settings. Preferred Caseload Options:
Caseload 1: PreK-8th grade with 50-60 students Caseload 2: 4th-8th
grade with approximately 55 studentsCandidates should specify their
preferred caseload upon application. Qualifications: Certification
as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials
preferred. Experience working in K-12 school environments. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to
