Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the
2026-2027 school year in New Orleans, LA, serving a K-12 public
school setting. This full-time contract position involves working
onsite with a diverse student population, supporting their
communication development and educational success. Key
Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
services for students with speech, language, and communication
disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other education professionals to support student
progress Maintain accurate documentation and caseload records in
compliance with district and state regulations Qualifications and
Experience: Valid CCC-SLP certification preferred; consideration
given to candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CF)
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably PreK-8th
grade Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology practices in
educational settings Excellent communication and organizational
skills to manage caseloads ranging from 50 to 60 students Caseload
Options: Option 1: PreK-8th grade with a caseload of 50-60 students
Option 2: 4th-8th grade with a caseload of approximately 55
