Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Service Center. This is a

rewarded. Responsibilities - Service Manager: Manage an efficient
and profitable high-volume automotive dealership Service Department
Manage and coach automotive technicians, service advisors, and
support personnel Oversee employee training and development Ensure
top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
Monitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity,
CSI scores) Develop action plans to improve performance and
increase customer loyalty and CSI Set and obtain sales objectives
and control costs Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed
correctly Ensure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working
environment Requirements: Required: Automotive dealership service
management experience with excellent leadership, sales, time
management, 'people' and administrative skills Strong managerial
and motivational skills Verifiable track record of growing the
business and high customer satisfaction Outstanding customer
service and customer/employee retention skills Financial and
business acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profits
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced
environment Excellent computer, customer service and communication
skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be able to work an
