puts people first! Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where
you’ll ensure the safety, reliability, and operability of our
equipment while playing a vital role in our day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do: Cultivate a proactive safety culture focused on
continuous improvement. Maintain equipment reliability through
preventative maintenance and repair procedures. Oversee spare parts
inventory and manage supply orders as needed Develop timelines for
repairs, ensuring projects stay on track. Conduct regular site
visits to identify and resolve equipment issues. Maintain and
document accurate maintenance logs. Assist with budget estimates
and project cost analysis. Follow and enforce company safety
procedures. This position requires some traveling. Skills &
Abilities: Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Strong
planning, organizational, and leadership abilities. Ability to
detect malfunctions using sound and visual cues. Skilled in the use
of power and hand tools. High attention to detail. Education &
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience. Welding
experience (preferred). Experience repairing metal processing
equipment, heavy machinery, and trucks. High school diploma or GED
