certifications, and career advancement programs. Your Role:
Diagnose and repair automotive systems accurately and efficiently.
Perform routine and advanced maintenance, including oil changes,
tire rotations, brake services, engine repairs, transmission
diagnostics, and electrical system troubleshooting. Utilize the
latest diagnostic tools and equipment. Communicate vehicle
conditions and solutions to service advisors and customers.
Maintain detailed service records in compliance with dealership
standards. Stay updated on automotive technologies and industry
best practices. What You Bring: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an
Automotive Technician. Proven mechanical expertise across a wide
variety of vehicles. Familiarity and proficiency with diagnostic
tools and repair equipment. Strong problem-solving and
troubleshooting skills. Clear communication and customer service
abilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Basic automotive tools (specialized equipment provided by the
dealership). Ability to work flexible hours, including some
weekends if needed. Preferred (But Not Required): Ford Master
Certification is highly preferred. Previous experience at a
dealership or high-volume service center. Knowledge or
certification related to hybrid and electric vehicles. Ready to
