Mobile is hiring a Parts Advisor. Summary Parts Counter
Representatives are responsible for selling parts
over-the-counters, over-the-phone, and occasionally, on-line, to
our customers while promoting and maintaining a positive, team
oriented, and customer focused attitude within the parts
department. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Assisting customers in
selecting and purchasing the correct parts. 2. Providing pricing
and product information to customers. 3. Answering telephones
promptly. 4. Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company
standards. 5. Assisting with inventory validation. 6. Contributing
to departmental production and profitability goals. 7. Ability to
apply common sense when needed, while staying within company
guidelines. Minimum Job Requirements Heavy Duty Parts Counter
experience preferred. High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year
of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities
specified. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Excellent
communication skills. Customer service skills. Reasoning ability.
Technical skills. Problem Solving. Computer skills. Working
Conditions and Physical Effort Moderate physical activity. Requires
handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds or standing
and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Work
environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks, such as
operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals. Work may
involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme
temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or
loud noises. Compensation/Work Schedule Hourly Wage Plus Commission
M – F 8 hour shift Rotating Saturdays 7:00am to 12:00pm Job Type:
