Overview The Branch Operations Vendor Management team is seeking to fill a year-round internship role. This team is responsible for the oversight of third party contracted vendors' performance, departmental contracting needs and invoice processing for branch operations. The role would involve collaborating with Vendor Managers, Vendor Specialist and leadership to gain valuable insight into third party vendor performance and invoicing accuracy. Including, but not limited to, the development and continuity of business intelligence dashboards that track key performance metrics and invoicing trends, develop reporting and development and maintenance of data warehouses. Candidate will participate in a collaborative, team driven network on both internal and cross-departmental initiatives.Responsibilities

• Provide support to the department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects
• Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
• Identify and analyze trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Contribute to reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
• Build new and/or modify existing database/data warehouse/data mart and business intelligence solutions to meet business and system requirements
• Collaborate with team members and participate in team projects and initiatives
• Use data warehousing/business intelligence toolsets to gather, store, and provide access to data in assist management decision making
• Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university

    • Effective skill interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information
