Nurse Practitioner (NP) Clinical Setting: Outpatient Primary Clinic
Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday
(8:00am- 5pm) MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish OR
Vietnamese/English Ability to Treat Patients Ages 6 and Up Average
17-21 Patients/Day Must be comfortable with pap smears and minor
Women's Health(OBGYN on site) EMR: Athena Provider Requirements:
Current Louisiana State License & DEA Active Certification
Active/Unrestricted DEA Must have BLS Must have DEA and CDS Current
