Job Description:
ChenMed is seeking a seasoned Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who
will be instrumental in leading our clinical teams across various
clinics throughout the U.S., focusing on advancing healthcare for
seniors with complex health issues. As the CMO, you're charged with
ensuring the highest standards of patient care, shaping innovative
medical strategies, and overseeing clinical operations and
performance. Your leadership will guide our mission to transform
senior care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our
patients while adhering to regulatory compliance and enhancing
overall service delivery. Lead the development and implementation
of clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives. Manage
and oversee all medical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices
and compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other
senior leaders to formulate strategies that enhance patient care,
increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Establish
protocols for quality assurance, clinical services, and staff
performance. Represent the medical team internally and externally,
enhancing the organization's professional profile and community
engagement. Maintain current knowledge of advancements in geriatric
medicine and incorporate new treatments into patient care plans.
Ensure a collaborative culture within the clinical departments that
aligns with ChenMed's mission and values. Strong leadership and

Proven ability to drive quality improvements in healthcare settings
Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving capabilities
Competency in healthcare compliance and regulations Medical

Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or
relevant specialists, particularly with a focus on geriatrics
Active medical licensure in the state of practice Certification in
healthcare management (e.g., CPE, CHCQM) preferred
