& Supervise Nursing Staff - Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring
adequate coverage and quality resident care. Staff Development &
Training - Assist in ongoing education, ensuring all staff are
equipped to provide exceptional care. Direct Resident Care -
Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs
are met in accordance with individualized care plans. Resident
Assessments - Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon
admission and throughout their stay. Treatment Planning &
Compliance - Assist in developing and implementing personalized
treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and
facility policies. Recruit & Retain Nursing Talent - Play a key
role in the hiring and retention of skilled nursing professionals.
Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns from residents
and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and
effectively. Drive Continuous Improvement - Implement new ideas,
enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven
management team . Minimum Qualifications Current, unencumbered
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum 3
years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled
nursing, or a similar setting). At least 1 year of experience in
nursing administration. Strong leadership, team-building, and
decision-making skills. Compassionate and dedicated to providing
superior resident care. Ability to work weekends with flexibility
and adaptability. Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness
