Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students
in a school setting. This role is located in Fairhope, AL, and
involves travel between educational facilities to provide vital
therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities: Assess and develop
individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills,
sensory processing, and daily living activities Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student
progress and treatment plans Participate in meetings to discuss
student goals and adapt therapy approaches accordingly
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist license
and relevant certification Experience working in school-based
settings is highly preferred Strong ability to communicate
effectively with children, families, and school staff Flexibility
and willingness to travel to various school locations Knowledge of
current best practices and federal/state regulations related to
school therapy services Location: Fairhope, AL, with travel
