Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to provide
services at an elementary school in the Mobile, AL area. The
assignment runs from March 2025 through May 29, 2026, supporting
students in grades K5. This role requires on-site presence and
offers approximately 35 hours per week. Key Qualifications: Current
registration with the Board of Speech Examiners is required. Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC). Experience working in school settings, preferably with
elementary-aged children. Ability to develop and implement
individualized treatment plans. Strong communication skills to
collaborate with educators, families, and support teams.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify
speech and language needs. Deliver evidence-based speech and
language therapy services to students in K5. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports compliant with district and
licensing standards. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and
contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs). Support
students communication skills to enhance their academic and social
success. Location:On-site at an elementary school in the Mobile, AL
