Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Gulfport, MS Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,471 to $1,665 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 3/22/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) City/State: Gulfport, MS Shift: 12-hour shifts, Days (06:45 - 19:15) Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The role involves monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and working with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously, ensuring immediate intervention when necessary. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate and implement individualized patient care plans. Required to float to different units as necessary. Work four weekend shifts per month and every other holiday. Requirements: Minimum of 1-year experience in an ICU RN hospital setting. Current MS RN license. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
