Job Description We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic and growing team in Grand Bay, AL . The ideal candidate is patient-centered, motivated, and passionate about helping individuals regain mobility and function. Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions using manual therapy, modalities, and exercise. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and families on recovery processes, exercises, and home programs. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Requirements: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Alabama state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: 1 years of experience in the field, but new grads encouraged to apply. Familiarity with EMR systems. Bilingual (a plus but not required).
