Job Description Radiation Oncology opening in Coastal Mississippi - Visa EligibleLocated in Pascagoula, MS - Mobile 40mFull-time; PermanentSeeking Board Certified / Board EligibleEmployedH1/J1 Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join an established oncology program on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Hospital-based oncology practice with strong multidisciplinary collaboration. Evaluate oncology patients and develop individualized radiation treatment plans. Deliver advanced radiation therapy utilizing IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS. Utilize Varian TrueBeam technology. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinated cancer care. Work closely with medical oncology, surgical oncology, physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, and oncology nursing. Engage in quality improvement and program development initiatives. Commission on Cancer–accredited program. Position Offers: Base salary range: $500,000–$1,000,000. Sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance. Performance-based incentives may be available.
