Job Description Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary
Care Mobile, AL | Full-Time | Start Date: Within 60–90 Days About
the Opportunity MedCare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time
outpatient primary care position in Mobile, AL . This is a

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for adults and
seniors with acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform physical
exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop
evidence-based treatment plans. Manage ongoing patient care and
preventive health strategies. Maintain timely and accurate
documentation in the EMR system (within 48 hours of each visit).
Collaborate effectively with specialists, hospitalists, and care
coordination teams. Supervise or collaborate with Nurse
Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed. Ensure adherence
to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Active and unrestricted AL medical license (or ability to obtain).
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. At least 3
years of outpatient primary care experience preferred. Current ACLS
and BLS certifications required. Proficiency in electronic medical
records (EMR) systems. Excellent communication, diagnostic, and
patient-relationship skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive
