Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Client requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule and provide skilled PT services in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting. Documentation and electronic medical record proficiency preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract weeks specified).
