Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in Home Health is preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift: Days Working Days: Monday to Friday On-call may be required minimally for Ortho patients Location Highlights Brewton, Alabama, offers a unique blend of natural beauty and southern charm.
