Join a high-acuity Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology team with coverage needs 1 2 weeks per month. You ll work 12-hour day shifts with night call responsibilities, supported by a team of five APPs during daytime hours. Temp privileges may be possible if you can start prior to 09/01/2026 the facility requires a clean background for temporary privileges.

What You ll Do

• Provide Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology coverage for pre-transplant, LVAD, and post-transplant patients
• Handle night call responsibilities, primarily phone calls from fellows and, occasionally, the transfer center regarding physician-to-physician transfers
• Be comfortable accepting admissions remotely through the transfer center
• Collaborate with a daytime team of five APPs to support day shift operations
• Support management of high-acuity cardiology cases in coordination with the care team
• If able to start earlier, consider temporary privileges (facility states temps take days)

What You NeedRequired

• Ability to work 1 2 weeks per month
