Job Description Job Description Benefits: Employee discounts ACTIVITIES INTERN Come join our FUN TEAM for a SUMMER internship (May-Aug)! Assist in coordination, set-up, break-down and facilitation of guests activities at The Beach Club. Activities will be for adults, teens, children and/or families. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service at all times. Job Tasks: Help plan, set up/break-down and facilitate guest activities to include arts and crafts, games, dancing, etc. Interact with guests to maintain fun, energetic and safe events. Provide information on Beach Club services and special events as needed. Use problem resolution skills to insure guest needs are met. Greet and offer assistance to guests in a courteous manner. Maintain work and activities area in a clean, neat manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Must be attending college and in need of an internship. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be self-motivated and energetic to maintain excitement with the guests. Must have excellent guest service and problem resolution skills. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in outside (hot), inclement weather conditions
