Job Description Job Description Pain Management Physician Location: Monroe Township, NJ Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time| In-Person Pay: $300k - $470k annually Role Highlights Evaluate and treat acute & chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans Perform interventional pain procedures (injections, image-guided techniques) Collaborate with rehab, chiropractic, and therapy teams Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients on pain management strategies Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Participate in clinical meetings and quality initiatives Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty Experience with interventional pain procedures Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach Licensing Active state medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration BLS required Benefits 401(k) Medical, dental & vision insurance Paid time off Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
