Job Description Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Location: Pensacola, FL Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic acute care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and promote optimal functional outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced therapists looking to grow within a supportive hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in accordance with physician orders Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home care programs Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Prioritize caseload and manage daily treatment schedules effectively Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required (DPT preferred) Active State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire) Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team New graduates are encouraged to apply.
