Compensation experience, ready to hit the ground running and able
to manage a high-volume caseload. Minimum 3-5 years' of Workers'
Comp experience required, with empathic ability to help guide
clients through their case process. The successful candidate will
be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in career

Lawyers in America. Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal
research Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions
Defending depositions Strong written and verbal communication For
