talented and highly-motivated Permanent Litigation Attorney to join
our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for
handling complex commercial property and trucking claims, or
medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum
of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong
background in litigation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various
legal matters related to commercial property, trucking, and 1st
party property. 2. Manage all phases of litigation from inception
to disposition, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions,
and trial preparation. 3. Provide legal advice and guidance on a
wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, risk
management, and dispute resolution. 4. Represent the company in
court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions. 5.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of the company in an effort to
resolve disputes in the most beneficial manner. 6. Collaborate with
other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the
efficient and effective handling of legal matters. 7. Stay updated
with changes in law and industry trends that could impact the
company's operations or risk profile. 8. Develop and implement
legal strategies and solutions that align with the company's
business objectives. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an
accredited law school. 2. Licensed to practice law in the state. 3.
A minimum of 3 years of legal experience, with a focus on
commercial property, trucking, or 1st party property. 4. Proven
track record in litigation, with strong negotiation and conflict
resolution skills. 5. In-depth knowledge of legal principles,
procedures, and terminology. 6. Excellent research, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels
of the organization. 8. High degree of professional ethics and
integrity. 9. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and
deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 10. Proficient in legal
