Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year A bit about us: Our client is
searching for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Attorney to join
our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator
with a passion for justice and a deep understanding of legal
principles and procedures. You will be responsible for representing
our clients in court, conducting legal research, drafting legal
documents, and providing legal advice. This is an excellent

want to hear from you. Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Represent
clients in court, arguing motions, and participating in trials. 2.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
briefs, contracts, and wills. 3. Conduct legal research to support
legal proceedings and to determine the best course of action for
clients. 4. Provide legal advice to clients, explaining the legal
implications of their actions and advising on the best course of
action based on the law. 5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of
clients in an effort to avoid court proceedings. 6. Develop
relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their
needs and goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on current laws and
regulations, ensuring that all legal advice provided is accurate
and relevant. 8. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals,
sharing knowledge and expertise. 9. Maintain confidentiality and
discretion at all times, respecting client privacy. Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A
minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a
focus on litigation. 3. Licensed to practice law in the state. 4.
Proven experience as a 1st chair litigator with a strong track
record of success. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound
legal judgments. 6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to
resolve disputes favorably for clients. 7. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain
complex legal issues to clients. 8. Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build relationships with clients and work
collaboratively with a team. 9. Excellent organizational skills,
with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet
deadlines. 10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
