Defend clients in SEC investigations and enforcement actions. Represent financial professionals and firms in FINRA arbitration and regulatory matters. Oversee trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery, and witness preparation. Advise clients on shareholder disputes, financial fraud allegations, and compliance risks. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) and 6 years of experience in securities litigation and regulatory defense. Expertise handling SEC investigations and FINRA arbitration. Strong courtroom strategy and trial preparation skills. Background in defending financial institutions, brokers, and senior executives. Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently and drive them to resolution. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
