Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental and industrial services across North America, is seeking a dedicated EO/Driver I to join our Transportation & Logistics team. This role focuses on supporting our mission to offer top-tier environmental services by providing safe and efficient transportation of hazardous materials. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies, actively contributing to our goals of safeguarding the environment and promoting sustainability. Operate various types of vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Perform daily checks on the vehicle and associated equipment for safety and reliability. Carry out route management to ensure timely delivery and pick-ups while maintaining communication with the dispatch team. Prepare, handle, and maintain transport documents and logs according to regulatory and company requirements. Participate in emergency response situations when necessary. Uphold Clean Harbors’ protocols on cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks. Skill in operating large vehicles and handling hazardous materials Excellent navigation and route management abilities Strong adherence to safety protocols and standards Ability to maintain accurate logs and documentation Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements DOT Physical OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification is preferred
