Job Description Job Description We are looking for a diligent
Inventory Clerk to join our team in Pensacola, Florida. In this
short-term contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial
part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our inventory
processes. Your attention to detail and ability to manage asset
tracking will be essential for maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure
accuracy and proper stock maintenance. • Conduct regular physical
counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies. • Maintain
detailed records of assets and inventory, ensuring all entries are
up to date. • Collaborate with assembly line teams to track
materials and ensure timely delivery. • Support annual physical
inventory activities, including preparation and reporting. •
Identify and resolve inventory-related issues to minimize
disruptions. • Ensure compliance with inventory management
protocols and company policies. • Generate inventory reports and
provide insights to support operational decisions. • Assist in
organizing and optimizing storage areas to enhance efficiency. •
Coordinate with other departments to streamline inventory-related
processes. • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar
role. • Familiarity with assembly line operations and material
tracking. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •
Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile
discrepancies. • Proficiency in using inventory management software
or systems. • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with
various teams. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
effectively. • Knowledge of inventory protocols and best
practices.
