By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING RATE:$14.11/hrTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories as you assist them with their reservations and/or sit them at their table.
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards.
• Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners as it relates to guest contact and table information.
• Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in-house groups, daily house count, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range, and dress code of the restaurant.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Is 18+ years of age
  • Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
  • Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
