ABOUT THE TEAM
The Industry Operations Associate/Intern supporting our North
America Industry Advisory business to grow sales pipeline, engage
with our customers, and support our people. -You will be able to
build your business knowledge as you support the daily operations
including sales processes, human resources processes and apply your
accounting/finance knowledge in practice. At the same time this
role offers many development opportunities on other skills and
competencies that will help you shape your future career path.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Position Title: -SAP iXp Intern - Industry Operations Advisor
Associate
Location: Newtown Square, PA or Remote/Virtual US
Expected Start Date: July 2022
Contract Duration: 6 months
Act as the primary and backup support role for North America across
all industries, supporting in the area of Marketing, HR,
Accounting, and Reporting. You are taking care of the following
tasks in particular:
- Perform analytical reporting tasks related to monthly, quarterly
and year-end closing (period end procedures) in such areas as
Marketing (Demand Generation/Go-to-Market), Demand Management
(Pipeline), and Actual Revenue (Sales) across the Supply Chain of
Selling (SCoS)
- Participate and support in projects, such as continuous
improvements & standardization activities, process and content
migrations
- Support HR processes in areas of training, new programs, and
resource development
- Adhere to service level standards and work towards development of
a service culture of 'Excellence'
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and
stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Junior level course credit (working on BBA/BS) is required
- 4 year - Business degree is preferred (BBA/BS)
- Advance degree is plus (MS/MBA)
- Proficient speaker and presenter
- Excellent and energetic public speaking skills
- Growth / business ownership mentality and approach = build and
grow a business
- Product marketing acumen (segment, target, content, lead
strategy, digital, social, etc.)
- SAP technology knowledge is a bonus (consulting / presales /
solution management is a plus)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and
SAP system knowledge preferred
- Aptitude for business knowledge in the -Order to Close (Sales),
-Hire through Retain (HR), and -Record to Report (Accounting)
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a multi-cultural
environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under time pressure with accuracy
and commitment
