• Must be available to work 12:30PM EST - 9:00PM EST
• Duration: 3 month contract with extensions upon performance Job Description:
  • Taking inbound calls via phones or chats. Most customers come to them via website and chat into them or they call directly in. Will be taking calls or chats to gain an understanding of the customers needs and selling multiple lines of products on one call. Talk to them about their different options based on their needs, turn shoppers into buyers.
  • Consultative selling focused on the customer needs,
  • May consist of tracking down new sales prospects and maintaining relationships with potential future buyers.
  • Following up on leads that are automatically generated in the system.
  • Ensuring that customers' best interests are being considered through asking probing questions about their business needs.
  • May take inbound calls via phone or chats from potential clients inquiring about the products. Skills & Qualifications:
    • Must have 1+ years of sales experience
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Tech savvy individuals.
