RV Service Shop Foreman needed! We're Hiring Immediately! We offer Paid Vacation, 401K, Medical Insurance, plus Dental and Vision insurance. Prior Experience as a Shop Forman or Technician in the RV, Automotive, or Powersports Industry required! Salary Depends on Experience. Top Pay for Top Producers! Responsibilities Dispatch work brought into service by sales personnel and internal writers in a timely manner while coordinating parts delivery. Maintain high morale by providing fair practices, a clean work environment, and an organized shop. Provide a high level of customer service. Maintain a positive attitude and a leadership work style. Work in conjunction with service management to create an efficient and profitable department. Oversee quality of all PDI inspections and service repairs.
