Silver Lining Marketing is looking for a motivated individual to join us as an Manager Trainee supporting one of our partnered charities. This role offers the chance to apply your organizational skills and enthusiasm for charitable work by helping plan and execute fundraising events that expand outreach and increase donations. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll do the following: Plan, organize, and execute daily fundraising activities to support our charity partners' goals Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for enhancing fundraising efforts through community events and promotions Clearly and effectively communicate the mission and values of our charity partners to engage and inspire potential donors Maintain accurate records of donor information and interactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up Assess the effectiveness of previous events to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning Guide and train volunteers on best practices and procedures to ensure successful fundraising efforts
