Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services. Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and potential interest during initial contact. Overcome objections and handle customer inquiries effectively to generate interest. Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality and professionalism in communication. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
