Increased census Everyone paid same: $305 base $25K paid
bi-annually based on patient satisfaction and length of stay $15K
sign-on, $10k moving expense No PTO Prefer IM, will take FM with
Hospitalist experience Not willing to sponsor a visa 18 shifts per
month 12 shifts: leave after rounding around 2 p.m.
