Job Summary: Under the direction of the Waterfront Thrift Store Management Team, the Maintenance Associate ensures the store is clean at all times in accordance with the guidelines listed below. Job Qualifications: Christian Commitment : Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty and character. Must be willing to sign the WRM Core Values form. Education/Experience : One or more years related experience and/or training in area of maintenance and/or commercial cleaning. Must have the ability to form effective working relationships with supervisors, clients, other staff members and the public. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the sidewalk and parking lot are free of weeds and debris. Ensures all glass is clean and free of fingerprints. Performs high and low dusting. Keeps restrooms stocked at all times. Ensure restrooms are clean and in good working order. Report items in need of repair to Store Manager or Manager on Duty. Empty trash cans throughout the store. Report low inventory of store supplies. Ensure great customer service at all times. Greet all customer entering the store and any that come within 5’. Follow all safety policies and procedures per WRM guidelines. Use wet floor cones in mopped locations. Practice the established rules for ladder safety. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other Mission management. View all jobs at this company
